Simplifying SendOwl to better support growth
Learn about simpler pricing changes, effective today at SendOwl.
At SendOwl, our goal is simple: to be the most trusted home for people selling digital products.
Selling digital products can feel chaotic. We want SendOwl to be the opposite: a place where the tools were designed with your interests in mind, where you can grow at your own pace, and experiment without friction.
Today we are sharing an update on how our pricing plans are structured. Previously, we selectively limited certain features depending on the plan you had selected. We also limited the number of products available and the amount of storage provided.
Going forward:
Good news. All features will be available on all plans!
The number of products and the amount of storage is unlimited for all plans
Importantly, our SaaS pricing remains the same - merchants that upgraded solely to access a gated feature may be eligible for a decrease. If you believe your sales volume merits a lower-cost plan, you can address this by going into your plan settings and selecting a lower-cost plan.
Why we are making this change
We’re changing because you asked for it. We heard that it was making it harder for you to understand which plan was right for you and, in some cases, that the gating forced solopreneurs and small businesses to make bets on features before they knew whether or not those features would meaningfully impact their growth.
We believe SendOwl works best when features are available at the moment of need, not locked behind a decision about whether or not you can afford to bet on a feature.
We’re building SendOwl for the long term and we want to build it with our merchants. Which means that we want to hear your feedback, as much of it as possible. Please send us product ideas, feedback or requests at [email protected].
